Hydraulic Tamping Machine

YD-22type hydraulic tamping machine has been extensively used at home and abroad to tamp the ballast on the track with 60kg/m, 50kg/m or other rail and type III or type II concrete sleeper in the overhaul or maintenance operation. There is an intrinsic guide pillar stroke spacing device, which enables the machine to operate on both of type II and type III concrete sleeper. In case of a hydraulic system failure, adopt the manual hydraulic pump to continue operating, removing the machine away from the track quickly and dealing with the breakdown without affecting traffic safety. In case that the rail clamp keeps clamping the rail tightly even after the tamping pick is lifted up, loosen the clamp jaw easily by pulling out the safety pin, which is designed to be integrative with the tab to avoid lost after being pulled out.
